       Mirambell Realty is a relatively young company in the Metairie area.  Owner/Broker, Craig K Mirambell Jr., worked with bigger companies in the past and quickly realized the need for energy and enthusiasm in the local real estate market.  Mirambell Realty looks to bring a new age of techonlogy and combine that with client needs.  Mirambell Realty is driven by pleasing their clients.  The company lives by it's beliefs, "Our client's aspiration's are our motivations."   

      Mirambell Realty is centrally located in Metairie on Clearview Pkwy.   We service all areas from Baton Rouge to Slidell and are especially familiar with the North and South shores.  Our number one objective is helping our clients find their future property or sell their existing property with ease and the use of technology.         When helping client's find properties, we save clients time and energy with simple email list of properties that meet their crieteira.  A buyer can now flip through available properties using email.  We still use traditional measures, for example, driving and viewing properties, but in this day and age , most are looking for a quicker and easier way.  We send you a large list of homes to narrow down, and then we begin viewing properties.  Once we find the right property our negotiating training kicks in.  We thrive on getting you the best price on your property, regardless of asking price.  We want you to walk into your new property with a minimum of $10,000.00 in equity.
